Section 8-approved renters are welcome. Confirm the home, program requirements, utilities, deposit and what is included in rent with the team. These prices do not establish that a particular home is vacant or ready for move-in.
What to confirm before choosing a rental
- The available home and its move-in date.
- Total monthly rent, utilities and any other charges.
- Security deposit, first month’s rent and application requirements.
- Lease length, household needs and any applicable community rules.
The new factory-home catalog is separate from rental availability. The six-month free lot-rent purchase offer does not apply to regular rentals.
Interested in buying later?
Ask about rent-to-own separately. Discussed terms include $1,100–$1,300 in monthly rent, an additional $100–$200 monthly purchase-option fee, a security deposit of 1.5 months’ rent and first month’s rent at move-in.
