Does the six-month offer apply to rentals?

The six months free lot rent offer applies to a brand-new home purchase or an approved move of a home you already own. It does not apply to the long-term rental rates shown here.

What does the listed price include?

Each listing identifies its price basis: a supplied home price, a factory base price, or a base price with a documented package or surcharge. TRU listings also identify the selected options and separately quoted shipping. These are not complete installed retail prices. Request a written quote covering the home, delivery, installation, site work, taxes and fees. Regular lot rent is $550/month, with 6 months free for a new-home purchase.

Are these brand-new homes?
