For an approved single-wide in good condition, Pine Forest covers delivery and setup, plus six months free lot rent. Regular lot rent is $550 per month afterward.
This offer applies to an approved home you already own. A newly purchased factory home has separate delivery and setup charges. Confirm the exact moving scope and written terms before scheduling anything.

Plan for separate costs
An air-conditioning unit, if needed, is purchased separately for approximately $4,000–$5,000. Your home payments, utilities and other charges remain separate. The team confirms any work your particular home needs and how that affects the move.
